Rough Sourcing
We partner exclusively with Kimberley Process certified suppliers across Botswana, Russia, and Canada. Our expert buyers — with decades of experience — hand-select each parcel, evaluating rough quality, potential yield, and ethical provenance before a single stone enters our facility.
Step II
Planning & Mapping
Each rough diamond is scanned using advanced 3D imaging technology. Our planning software models hundreds of cutting configurations to determine the optimal strategy — maximising carat yield while achieving the finest possible cut grade for each individual stone.
Step III
Cutting & Polishing
Our master cutters — many with 15 to 25 years of experience — execute every facet by hand on precision-calibrated machinery. The cutting floor follows strict tolerances of less than 1% deviation on all proportions, ensuring each stone achieves maximum light return, fire, and scintillation.
Step IV
Quality Inspection
Before any diamond advances to independent certification, it undergoes a rigorous in-house quality review. Each stone is examined under 10× magnification by our senior gemologists — evaluating symmetry, polish, proportion accuracy, and the presence of any surface blemishes introduced during the cutting process. Only stones that meet our internal threshold, which is stricter than the laboratory minimums, are cleared to proceed. Those that fall short re-enter the polishing stage.
Step V
Grading & Certification
No diamond leaves our facility without independent third-party certification. Every stone is assessed for cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight by GIA, IGI, or HRD laboratories — the same laboratories that the world's most demanding buyers trust unconditionally.
